Welcome to Dorkas Luxury Rooms & Apartments!

Our complex is located in an excellent location in Livadakia, on the island of Serifos. It is built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture and is just 30m from the golden sandy beach of the village, 500m from the port and 3 km from the “Chora” of Serifos.

Dorkas Luxury Rooms & Apartments offers rooms that can accommodate 2-3 guests and two-room apartments that can accommodate 2-5 guests. All are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern amenities.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi, TV, filtered and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
The apartments have a kitchen with all the necessities. Some units feature a balcony with a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea.

Guests of Dorkas Luxury Rooms & Apartments can enjoy their coffee and breakfast, with local and traditional products from our beautiful island, under the shade of the trees of our lush garden.
Our facilities have approximately 2 acres of beautiful garden and a playground for our little guests.

If you are traveling without a vehicle, we can arrange your transportation from/to the port upon your arrival and departure.
The beaches of “Livadakia” and “Karavi”, as well as the island's port, are just a few minutes' walk away. In case you want to explore all the beauties of Serifos at your own leisure, you can rent a means of transportation from Voltaro or by contacting us.
